Full Container (FCL) and Consolidated Cargo (LCL)

When the purchase volume justifies a full container, FCL is the most economical option per unit and the safest, because the goods travel sealed from origin. If the volume is smaller, LCL service lets you pay only for the space occupied, sharing the container with other cargo.

We help you choose: past a certain volume LCL stops being convenient and a full container becomes cheaper, even partially loaded. We run that calculation with your real figures before booking.

  • Space booking with carriers operating on both coasts of Panama.
  • Standard, high cube, refrigerated, flat rack and open top containers.
  • Deconsolidation and partial delivery of LCL shipments.
  • Container tracking and arrival notification.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on the origin and the final destination. Cargo from Asia usually arrives through Balboa on the Pacific, while cargo from Europe and the US east coast arrives through Colon or Manzanillo on the Atlantic, which is convenient if the goods are bound for the Colon Free Zone.
