Air Import and Export Shipments
We manage the full air shipment cycle: space booking with the airline, cargo pickup, inspection and consolidation in our warehouse, issuance of the air waybill, export clearance and tracking through to delivery at destination. For imports we run the reverse process, including Panamanian customs clearance and delivery to the client's door.
We work with multiple cargo airlines operating at Tocumen, which lets us offer rate and frequency alternatives rather than a single option. For urgent shipments we quote priority service with confirmed space.

Previously Quoted DAP & DDP Shipments
Many clients prefer a closed price with no surprises. Under DAP (Delivered at Place) we deliver the cargo to the agreed address in the destination country with all transport and handling costs included, leaving import duties and taxes to the buyer. Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) we also cover those duties and taxes, so the consignee receives the cargo with nothing further to pay.
Both modes are quoted in advance based on weight, dimensions and the tariff description of the goods, letting you build the logistics cost into your selling price with precision.

Cargo Pickup and Delivery with Our Own Equipment
We operate our own units to collect and deliver cargo in Panama City, the Colon Free Zone and within the limits of the Republic of Panama. Running our own fleet lets us respond to last-minute changes, arrange same-day pickups and keep custody of the cargo without intermediaries.

Dangerous Goods, Refrigerated Cargo and Pharmaceuticals
Special cargo requires certified staff and exact documentation. We prepare dangerous goods shipments in accordance with IATA DGR regulations, including classification, approved packaging, labeling and the shipper's declaration.
For pharmaceuticals and perishables we manage the cold chain with qualified thermal packaging, temperature recorders and coordination of refrigerated space at the airport, minimizing the time cargo spends on the ramp.
